about me
I'm Kim. I'm 16 and a junior in high school (or will be in the fall). I'm incredibly, incredibly mercurial - I can be bouncing off the walls one second and lying flat on the floor, staring at the ceiling, complaining about some teacher or another the next. I adore reading, writing, and making icons, though I do far too little of all of them. I find it fun to scare random people on the street by being myself in front of them. I spend a lot of time whining about school work while failing magnificently to actually do any of it. For me, livejournal is the ultimate procrastination device - there's always something to look at, some fic to read, or some person to stalk (but not in the really creepy way. I just like reading what other people write in their public entries). I love Nerdfighting. I'm actually quite hardcore. Randomly in class, I say something particularly nerdy and I make the symbol. Everyone looks at me oddly, but it's ok, because I have friends in my pants (that joke never gets old).

Some part of me really wants to friends-lock my journal, if only so I can have one of those spiffy 'Friends Only' posts, but I honestly don't care who reads my entries. It's not like they're very interesting or anything. I will make a friends-locked entry every so often; in the past those have been locked because they are about touchy subjects (religion, politics, etc.) or they're really personal (discussing a family crisis, something with a lot of information about where I live, etc.). If, for whatever reason, you feel the desire to friend me, send me a PM or leave me a comment so I know why you did so. I'm not unfriendly, I'm just curious as to how you found me and why you wanted to friend me.
